Fried rice with dried fish and egg


Fried rice is a common and delicious food recipe in Cambodia, we can cook fried rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner. There are types of fried rice but today I want to share you a delicious fried rice with dried fish and egg.

INGREDIENTS

- 2 bowls of cooked rice
- 100g of dried fish  
- 2 eggs
- 2 cloves garlic chopped 
- 1 shallot 
- 3 stems of Chinese Kale
- 1 stem of spring onion 
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1 tablespoon of fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon of seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper 
- 1 teaspoon of sugar 




HOW TO MAKE FRIED RICE WITH DRIED FISH AND EGG

1.  Fried rice requires you to cook rice a bit hard not too soft

2.  Heat the pan then pour 1 table spoon of oil in then put in the chopped garlic and shallot, stir till aroma 

3. Next pour in the shredded dried fish, chopped Chinese kale, fish sauce, seasoning, black pepper and sugar. Put the rice in and mix them well.

4.  Leave the empty space of the pan then crack 2 eggs in and cook till it done then mix well with everything in the pan. Taste well to match your favorite.

5.  Prepare fried rice in the plate then sprinkle chopped spring onions before serving
